  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
  • Handle sales documentation such as:
  • Quotation & Proforma Invoice preparation
  • Sales Order & Delivery Note
  • Invoice & Payment follow-up
  • Export/dispatch document coordination (if applicable)
  • Maintain daily activity records in ERP/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch departments for order execution.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and share with management.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (industrial or B2B preferred).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales documentation and basic accounting terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven personality.
