About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst / Executive Analyst to support our executive leadership team. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives.

Candidates with a technical background—especially experience in Power BI, Python, or data analytics tools—will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven studies to support executive decision-making.
  • Prepare concise briefing notes, reports, and summaries for leadership.
  • Attend key meetings to document insights, decisions, and action items.
  • Synthesize complex information from multiple sources and convert it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and cross-department coordination.
  • Build & maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for executive review.
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Technical Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data manipulation or analysis.
  • Understanding of data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets, datasets, and analytical frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive, quick learner, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in AI, technology, and business strategy is a plus.
