- Leading transition process form planning to completion of transition the process, including Stakeholder Management and resources alignment.
- Managing and tracking of multiple transitions, transformation and automation projects, including documentation, technical accounting & process improvements.
- Managing new remote transitions and coordinates b/w on-site and remote team on the progress.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP/Accounting process
- Strong GL, AP, AR process knowledge.
- Should have experience in process improvement and transitions.
- Hands on with the transition work, process improvements, technical accounting, process restructuring and due diligence
- Expert in transition with multiple global clients process transitions done for AR,AP,GL over the years.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA mandate with 10 years of PQE (post qualification experience), in audit, accounts, including transition background of Enterprise entities.
- Shift- 3:00 pm to 12:00 pm
- Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote working anywhere in India. Mandatory Quarterly visit to office in Bangalore for a week as per the project requirements, cost to be managed by self.
- Good team management and training skills.
- Strong GL, AP, AR process knowledge.
