All-round CDPs

We are looking for skilled All-Round CDPs (Chef De Partie) to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the head chef in planning menus and preparing food for special events.
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
