What You'll Actually Do

Think of yourself as the person who ensures:

"Everything reaches the right outlet, at the right time, in the right condition, without giving anyone mini heart attacks."

Your Daily Superpowers:

  • Coordinate with suppliers
    so our kitchens never run out of anything (including chilli flakes and hope).
  • Track inventory
    across HUB + outlets like a hawk with an Excel sheet.
  • Monitor logistics & dispatch
    — chilled vans, riders, timelines — no one leaves the HUB late on your watch.
  • Update daily reports
    (GRNs, stock levels, wastage) with
    zero
    ghost numbers.
  • Ensure temperature compliance
    for all chicken dispatches (1–3°C gang only).
  • Work with outlet managers
    to solve small fires before they become restaurant-sized fires.
  • Help optimise SOPs
    for receiving, storage, FIFO, and procurement.
  • Follow up on orders & purchase cycles
    like the polite-but-deadly person you are.
