To further our mission, we're looking for a results-driven Business Development Intern with an interest or background in the EdTech space to drive student enrollments, build institutional partnerships, and contribute to ASB's expansion in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Enrolment & Lead Conversion:

Engage with potential students, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right ASB programs.

  • B2B Sales & Institutional Outreach:

Identify and develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutions to promote ASB's offerings.

  • Consultative Selling:

Conduct engaging counselling sessions (online/offline), webinars, and product demos to explain course benefits.

  • Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners to ensure long-term engagement.

  • Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve or exceed enrolment and revenue targets through structured outreach and follow-up strategies.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed on industry trends, student preferences, and competitor strategies to improve positioning and approach.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with marketing, content, and academic teams to align business development efforts with ASB's campaigns and training schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or student counseling (preferably in EdTech or education sectors).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to convert leads and meet sales/enrollments targets.
  • Ability to conduct effective and engaging student counseling sessions.
  • Familiarity with EdTech trends and student engagement strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
