Role Summary -
At Sprinto, the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment represents a massive, high-velocity opportunity for market domination. We are seeking a Head of Global Sales, SMB to be the architect of this critical growth engine. This is not a maintenance role; it is a mandate to build, scale, and optimize a global SMB sales organization that operates with precision, speed, and excellence. This leader will define the strategy, cultivate a winning culture, and build the data-driven systems required to capture the global SMB market.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Some key responsibilities of the role are :
SMB Revenue Engine Architecture : Architect and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to achieve hyper-growth and exceed ambitious revenue targets within the global SMB segment.Build a predictable, high-velocity sales model that is scalable and repeatable, leveraging data to drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline.Command the full sales cycle, implementing and refining processes that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and maximize conversion rates. High-Performance Team Cultivation :Attract, mentor, and scale a world-class sales organization, including managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.Develop future leaders by providing exceptional coaching, clear career paths, and a framework for consistent success. Go-to-Market Velocity & Optimization :Partner deeply with Marketing to create a powerful, symbiotic relationship that generates a robust and qualified pipeline.Leverage market intelligence and customer feedback to identify emerging trends, refine sales motions, and inform Sprinto's product roadmap.Serve as the voice of the SMB customer internally, ensuring their needs and journey are at the center of our cross-functional strategies. Key Requirements :
  • Proven SMB Scale-Up Leader: 12-15 years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years of decisive leadership experience scaling high-velocity SMB sales teams and building layered management structures.
  • Revenue Engine Architect: A demonstrated track record of building repeatable, data-driven revenue models that consistently exceed multimillion-dollar ARR targets.
  • Data-Fluent Operator: Mastery of CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales analytics tools to derive insights, drive strategy, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Inspirational Coach & Talent Magnet: Exceptional ability to attract top talent and develop high-performing teams through world-class coaching and mentorship.
  • Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: The ability to operate at a strategic level with executive leadership while partnering effectively across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive unified results.
