Job Summary
The DSA Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to drive business growth. The role involves developing strong relationships with DSAs, ensuring compliance with company policies, monitoring sales performance, and achieving monthly/annual business targets.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. DSA Acquisition & Activation
- Identify potential DSAs and onboard them as per company guidelines.
- Conduct document verification and ensure proper agreement execution.
- Activate DSAs after completing the training and compliance process.
B. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong professional relationships with all DSAs.
- Provide regular support and guidance to DSAs for business development.
- Conduct periodic meetings and review sessions to improve performance.
C. Sales & Target Achievement
- Drive chit/loan product sales through DSAs.
- Ensure DSAs meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Motivate underperforming DSAs and help them improve productivity.
D. Training & Development
- Provide product training, process training, and soft skills support.
- Ensure DSAs have complete knowledge of company policies, interest rates, commissions, and documentation.
E. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure DSAs follow company rules, KYC norms, and compliance policies.
- Ensure error-free documentation and timely submission of applications.
- Monitor DSA and customer behaviour to identify any risk or policy deviation.
F. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain DSA-wise performance reports.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS to the Sales Manager/RSM.
- Track conversion ratios and take corrective actions if required.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Knowledge of local market and customer network
4. Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Any stream)
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, DSA handling, or channel management (preferably in NBFC, banking, or chit fund sector).
5. Salary & Benefits
