Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Support Consultant (S/4HANA Support) who will play a key role in supporting Sales & Distribution operations. The role involves resolving functional issues, performing small configuration changes, supporting master data, and working with business teams for smooth operations.

Experience
: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities

Provide
Level 1 & Level 2 support
for SAP SD

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in:

Sales Order Management

Delivery Processing

Billing & FI Integration

Pricing, Taxes & Discounts

ATP, Outputs & Credit Management

Perform enhancements, configuration corrections & system testing

Work with business stakeholders and tech teams for resolutions

Prepare functional specifications for change requests

Conduct user training and participate in month/quarter-end support

Required Skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP SD in
S/4HANA environment

Experience in complete
Order-to-Cash cycle

Understanding of
GST, Pricing, FIORI Apps, IDocs, and FI integration

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of:

  • OTC business process
  • EWM/GTS/TM exposure
  • Ticketing tools & troubleshooting
  • SAP Output types and Forms

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field

SAP SD certification is an added advantage.
