Position Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and proactive Team Lead – IT Operations to manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations across plant and corporate environments. The role involves leading the IT support team, managing on-premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring IT compliance, and maintaining high system uptime. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Windows Server administration, Azure cloud services, backup management, endpoint security, and networking.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, systems, and network devices.


• Monitor and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and Azure AD integrations.


• Administer and secure Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive environments.


• Manage EDR/AV solutions (CrowdStrike, McAfee), patching, and endpoint compliance.


• Handle Commvault data backup and recovery operations; ensure DR readiness.


• Lead Windows 10/11 migration, image deployment, and system upgrades.


• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and MIS reports.


• Oversee SLA adherence, ticket escalation management, and root cause analysis for incidents.


• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders for technical escalations and IT projects.


• Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and ISO/ITIL standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BCA preferred).


• Certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.


• OS & Server: Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS.


• Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Intune, and Office 365 Administration.


• Backup & Security: Commvault, CrowdStrike, McAfee, DLP, and endpoint hardening.


• Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and VPN configurations.


• Tools: Service Desk tools (ManageEngine, Remedy), MS Teams, Remote Console, and Asset Management tools.


• Reporting: Experience preparing MIS reports, SLA analysis, and compliance documentation.


• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Background


• Experience in IT operations within the automotive or manufacturing sector.


• Exposure to ISO 27001, ITIL, and audit compliance processes.


• Experience managing plant IT environments and shift-based support teams.
