Role Description

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be provided with comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop your skills and understanding of various aspects of sales and marketing management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to diverse marketing channels, including events. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will have the chance to contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns while honing your leadership abilities and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement offline marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Support the coordination of events promotional activities, including logistics, management, and on-site execution.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and contribute to post-campaign evaluation reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in marketing management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for marketing and a desire to pursue a career in the sales sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing or related fields is a bonus.
