We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and skilled in using digital tools to grow online presence and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and follower growth.
  • Conduct SEO/SEM activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, and multimedia content.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to create cohesive and effective marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
  • Assist in developing the company's overall brand strategy and online reputation.
