Tankage Designer

Key Skills: Design Engineer, Tankage

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) and detailed drawings for storage tanks and tank structures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of API 650, API 620, and other international codes and standards relevant to tankage design.
• Utilize AutoCAD for drafting plates, tanks, and steel structures effectively.
• Engage in structural design and detailing specifically related to tankage projects.
• Maintain proficiency in computer applications, including CAD drafting and Microsoft Office tools.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

• Design engineering for storage tanks and tank structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and modeling
• Knowledge of API 650, API 620, and other tankage-related standards
• Structural design and detailing of tank projects
• Material Take-Off (MTO) preparation
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Nice-to-Have:

• Advanced design engineering knowledge
• Experience with steel structures beyond tankage

Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
