*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a senior-level Developer in our Mumbai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Developer, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining confidentiality.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. *Calendar Management:*

  2. Manage the Developer's calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of meetings, site visits, and appointments.

  3. Ensure seamless communication with internal stakeholders, clients, architects, and contractors.

  4. *Administrative Support:*

  5. Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  6. Manage and maintain confidential documents, files, and databases.

  7. *Site Visits and Inspections:*

  8. Coordinate and accompany the Developer on site visits and inspections.

  9. Ensure all necessary documents and materials are available during site visits.

  10. *Communication:*

  11. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Developer.

  12. Ensure prompt and professional responses to queries and requests.

  13. *Project Coordination:*

  14. Assist in coordinating projects, including tracking progress, deadlines, and milestones.

  15. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, architects, and contractors.

*Requirements:*

  1. 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in the construction or real estate industry.

  2. Strong understanding of construction projects, including site management and project coordination.

  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

  6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

*Preferred Skills:*

  1. Experience working with developers, architects, or contractors.

  2. Familiarity with construction project management software.

  3. Certification in construction management or a related field.
