The Role: Global Online Teacher (Maths)

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Classes Maths Teachers to deliver live, virtual, one-on-one or small-group classes. This role is crucial in shaping the learning journeys of our students by using interactive methods and adapting lessons to ensure complete concept mastery.

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Commitment: Flexible Shifts – Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, or Contractual opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Engaging Live Classes: Teach interactive Maths and English sessions to students aged 3-15 from diverse cultural backgrounds across the globe.
• Personalized Learning: Assess student performance using logical, analytical, and mathematical thinking, and proactively adapt teaching methods to ensure every child achieves concept mastery.
• Build Global Rapport: Foster friendly, patient, and engaging connections with students, enhancing their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and proficient communication in English with students, parents, and internal teams.
• Commit to Growth: Actively participate in ongoing, specialized training and certifications in child psychology and cutting-edge teaching methodologies.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Communication: Exceptional English Proficiency (Spoken and Written)

Experience

• Experienced Teacher Role: Minimum 1+ year of teaching experience
• Freshers welcome to apply for specific training tracks

Interpersonal: High interpersonal skills—friendly, patient, and empathetic

Mindset: Passionate about online teaching and committed to personal growth

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable laptop or desktop with functional webcam.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Teaching peripherals (quality headphones with mic, whiteboard, etc.).
• Power backup is highly recommended for uninterrupted delivery.

Note: A Bachelor's Degree and prior teaching experience are preferred but not essential for all tracks; we are looking for passionate educators who can demonstrate skill.
