Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Sales and is located in Sangamner. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives. Daily tasks include sales operations management, leading sales meetings, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

- Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations skills
- Experience in Account Management and Business Development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
