About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Female Admission cum Centre Manager with 1–2 years of proven experience in managing operations, counselling, and business development for a vocational training, education centre or Beauty & Wellness. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to ensure superior student and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and convert walk-in and enquiry leads into admissions
- Manage the centre's day-to-day operations efficiently
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of centre functioning
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to generate enquiries
- Ensure prompt follow-up and conversion of leads
- Prepare and implement the monthly business plan for the centre
- Supervise the smooth conduct of classes and faculty schedules
- Monitor student attendance and academic progress
- Maintain a positive and engaging centre environment for students and staff
- Drive internal course upgrades and upskilling initiatives
- Oversee inventory, stock of consumables, and product requirements
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the entire centre
- Submit timely reports to the management and adhere to operational standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+2, Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred in Management / Education / Retail / Hospitality)
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Counselor, centre management or similar role
- Excellent communication, counselling, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen and marketing orientation
- Energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused
