What you'll do:

• As a consultant in the Implementation Team at SAP Concur, you will be the main point of contact for our customers to manage our implementation projects for our Travel & Expense product.
• Manage end-to-end implementation by acting in the roles of Project Manager and Functional Consultant. Activities include but are not limited to: leading design, understanding and analyzing client requirements, providing guidance on best practices, designing third-party integrations, training clients and preparing for deployment of services all within a defined time frame of completion.
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous projects by continually motivating clients, ensuring project timelines are met, and client/partner issues are addressed while adhering to Concurs SOPs.
• Work with the customers on integration aspects to achieve a robust & reliable end-to-end solution.
• Actively manage expectations, scope & stakeholders to avoid delivery escalations.
• Effectively communicate and work with internal and client teams.

What you bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and virtual presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• 5-10 years of consulting experience.
• Experience working directly with customers to resolve implementation issues.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow-up system to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Project Management experience.
• Consulting experience in enterprise systems.
• Technical design and configuration expertise to complete realization and deployment of product in line with the business process.
• Good problem-solving and issue articulation skills.
