Its services cover the full patient financial lifecycle: from patient access and pre-registration, insurance verification, coding & billing, to collections and denials management.

It also emphasises improving payer and patient cash, handling complex/aged claims and denials, and leveraging automation and analytics.

Responsibilities
:

Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.

Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.

Identify denial reason and work on resolution.

Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.

Candidates must be comfortable with calling on denied claims.
