Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement microservices-based solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Integrate the CAMEL framework for seamless communication between microservices.
  • Develop RESTful APIs to enable interaction with microservices.
  • Collaborate with dev teams to adopt microservices into existing systems.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards for maintainability.
  • Utilize containerization tools for deploying microservices effectively.
  • Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure optimal performance and scalability of microservices through testing.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in microservices architecture.
  • Document architectural decisions and maintain updated system documentation.
  • Research and implement new technologies to enhance microservices capabilities.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers on microservices best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices for microservices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, focusing on microservices.
  • Proficient in Java and familiarity with the Spring framework.
  • Experience with the CAMEL framework and its integration capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful web services and API design.
  • Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Proficient with version control systems, specifically Git.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
