About V-Financial Services

V-Financial Services is a Mumbai-based, all-women-led financial planning and wealth management firm serving HNI and corporate clients. We specialize in financial planning, tax planning, investment management, retirement solutions, and end-to-end client servicing.

Position: Accounts Manager female candidates only ( diversified hiring )

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage income tax computation for Individual and NRI clients with accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and file ITRs using Winman software, ensuring timely submission and error-free documentation.
  • Provide tax planning solutions to help clients optimize tax liability.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, handle queries, and provide proactive support.
  • Review financial statements, assist in assessments, prepare working papers, and manage documentation.
  • Generate MIS reports, maintain organized records, and support internal process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for tax-related matters.
  • Ensure strict adherence to statutory deadlines and compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Individual and NRI taxation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Winman ITR software.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Client-handling capability, attention to detail, and disciplined work approach.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • CA Internship (Articleship) cleared – mandatory.
  • Additional certification in taxation is an added advantage.
