Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Develop new business opportunities for mechanical seals.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and delivery.

Service:

  • Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for mechanical seals.
  • Conduct service visits and prepare reports.
  • Offer product training and technical support to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • Experience: 7 months -2 years in industrial product sales and service, preferably in mechanical seals.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of rotating equipment and sealing systems, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and independent working capability.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and on-site service.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with mechanical seal installation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with process industries like oil & gas, power, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
