Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will oversee customer service operations, manage support teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring service performance, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience. Analytical tasks and collaboration with other teams will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support management to ensure positive client experiences
- Strong expertise in Customer Service Management for overseeing and improving service teams
- Analytical skills for identifying trends, measuring service performance, and implementing improvements
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and coordinating with internal teams
- Proven leadership experience in managing customer service teams is a plus
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous
