We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller (Real Estate) to join our sales team.

Your role will be to engage with potential clients, explain project details, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in closing leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and explain real estate projects clearly.
  • Convert inquiries into walk-ins and schedule site visits.
  • Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records.
  • Handle client questions professionally and guide them through the buying process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Follow-up with warm leads generated through ads, website, and campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have excellent communication & convincing skills.
  • Experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Sales is preferred.
  • Ability to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
  • Confident, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
