Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of
eKalakaar's website and mobile application
. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on development capability, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications

·      B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or IT, MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (IT/CS), or BBA with IT/Business Analytics specialization.

·      
Minimum 2 years of experience
as Full Stack Developer having knowledge of , React Native, MongoDB, REST APIs, Git / Version Control

Key Responsibilities

Technical &Development

·      Develop, maintain, and enhance eKalakaar's web and mobile applications using , React Native, MongoDB, and related technologies.

·      Work closely with backend, frontend, and QA teams to ensure smooth technical execution.

·      Manage API integrations, navigation flows, state management, error handling, and responsive design.

·      Ensure deployment readiness, including knowledge of AWS, FileZilla, GitHub workflows, and Play Store/App Store release processes.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve bugs using tools like Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics.

Product & Project Management

·      Understand platform requirements and translate them into clear user stories, tasks, and development modules.

·      Participate in product planning, feature prioritisation, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.

·      Use AI task management tools to track progress, deadlines, and deliverables.

·      Validate completed features to ensure they meet technical and functional specifications.

UI/UX & Quality Assurance

·      Review wireframes, layouts, and design prototypes for usability and consistency.

·      Ensure high-quality user experience across web and mobile interfaces.

Soft Skills
