SUMMARY

Job Title: Bus Electrician

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in buses using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on bus electrical systems, including wiring, controllers, and power distribution units.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in air conditioning systems and associated electrical circuits.
  • Utilize ECU scanners and diagnostic software to identify and rectify faults in CAN Bus and electronic control systems.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs and installations.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Electrical / Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 5 years of hands-on experience as a Bus Electrician in a professional setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of bus electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and electronic controllers .
  • Proficient in using multi meters, diagnostic scanners, and ECU testing tools .
  • Experience with CAN Bus diagnostics, ECU fault identification, and troubleshooting .
  • Solid understanding of bus air conditioning systems and their electrical integration .
  • Ability to read and interpret technical wiring diagrams and service manuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Basic communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
