JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Machine Maintenance Support Engineer
Reports To: Product Head/MD
Roles and Responsibility
Installation, Maintenance and Servicing of CNC/Turret punching, bending & notching, Laser cutting, Press brake machines
To attend service maintenance calls for all CNC/Turret punching, bending & notching, Laser cutting, Press brake machines post installation
Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving customer challenges.
Provide routine service support in respective zone accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
Conducting client-site / In-house / online demos
Customer training and annual maintenance of machines
Follow up with the customers for pending payments. (Accounts Receivables)
Assist Sales team with market information on start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.
Follow-up with prospective customers on daily/ weekly/monthly basis for arranging demos
Working with sales team when closing sale
