Performance Marketing Specialist

Experience & Leadership

  • 8–12+ years
    of deep performance marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success
    leading teams
    , managing agencies, and running multi-channel paid media at scale
  • Proven ability to
    own and manage large budgets
    , forecasting, pacing, and optimizing spend for maximum ROI
  • Experience building end-to-end performance strategies across channels, funnels, and consumer journeys
  • Ability to work closely with leadership, admissions, product, and technology to drive aligned growth outcomes

Strategic & Analytical Expertise

  • Expertise across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, LinkedIn Ads
    at scale
  • Deep command over
    CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution models
    , and full-funnel optimization
  • Strong grounding in
    research, segmentation, funnel design, and CRO
  • Ability to design growth experiments, A/B frameworks, and optimization roadmaps
  • Experience building dashboards, marketing intelligence systems, and data-driven reporting structures

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • GA4, GTM, Data Studio/Looker
  • Pixel setups, server-side tracking, UTMs, offline conversions
  • Automation tools, CRM workflows, and lead-scoring systems
  • Strong understanding of MarTech stacks, integrations, and measurement systems
  • Experience optimizing landing pages with design/tech teams
