Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team, specializing in Cloud ERP services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as cultivating long-term relationships with clients.
This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and the ability to articulate complex solutions to a diverse audience of business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, cold outreach, and inbound lead follow-up.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide strategic guidance, demonstrating how NetSuite ERP solutions can address specific business pain points and drive growth.
Solution Presentation & Proposal Creation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and detailed proposals that highlight the value and benefits of our NetSuite services.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and the latest NetSuite product developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, consulting, and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions are accurate, competitive, and can be successfully delivered.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using a CRM system (ideally NetSuite CRM).
Qualifications and Skills:-
Proven experience ( Min 5 years) in a business development or sales role, preferably within the enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS industry.
A strong understanding of ERP systems, with specific knowledge of NetSuite's capabilities and modules is preferred.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency with CRM software and a strong grasp of the sales lifecycle.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
