We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive specializing in transaction and payment verification to ensure financial accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will handle the verification of financial transactions, monitor payment flows, and ensure timely reconciliations in line with company standards and compliance requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Transaction & Payment Verification

  • Verify and validate all incoming and outgoing financial transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy of payment details, bank transfers, and vendor/client settlements.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of online and offline payment gateways (Razorpay, bank transfers, etc.).
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or mismatched transactions.
  • Maintain updated transaction logs and verification records for audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure correct allocation of payments.

Accounts Receivable & Payable

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure payment authorization.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up for timely payments.
  • Reconcile vendor and client accounts periodically to ensure balance accuracy.

Bank & System Reconciliation

  • Reconcile company bank statements with accounting software entries.
  • Ensure all receipts and payments are recorded accurately in Tally or ERP systems.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist with audits and provide required verification reports.
  • Support tax and statutory compliance activities (GST, TDS, etc.) through verified transaction data.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in transaction or payment verification.
  • Technical Skills: Tally ERP, MS Excel, Razorpay dashboard, bank reconciliation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving, and data accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹33,865.71 per month
