Key Skills/Responsibilities8+ years of relevant work experience in software testing.Preferred experience of Agiloft or any other legal contract management software.Develop and define the overall testing approach for new features and products.Write comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and detailed test plans for various scenarios. Using X-ray tool.Identify, document, and track defects through clear and concise bug reports.Work closely with product managers, stakeholder in an Agile development process.Conduct risk analysis and make educated decisions regarding test execution and risk mitigation.Identify areas for improvement within the QA process and contribute to enhancing QA practices.Develop deep expertise in the product being tested to provide comprehensive quality assurance.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for reporting, collaborating, and documentingAbility to work independently, exercise judgmentExperience working in a fast-paced, agile team environment.Create & Maintain Regression and UAT test scriptsConduct E2E Regression test for each upgrade releaseConduct enhancements testing for each release.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.Create and maintain documentation including process maps, use cases, and user guidesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes related to contract lifecycle management.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Agiloft CLM configuration.Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.Work timings1 PM to 11 PM IST 3 must havesHands-on experience with Agiloft or other CLM platforms 4/5Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes 4/5Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills 3/5Experience in regulated industries (Pharma) is a plus
