Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as an E-commerce Executive, based in Pune. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day online operations, ensuring prompt communication with customers, handling inquiries, overseeing order fulfillment processes, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating logistics, monitoring shipment activities, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the efficiency of e-commerce activities.

  • Proficiency in customer service and communication, ensuring timely and efficient responses to inquiries.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage e-commerce operations effectively.
