Role Description – Marketing Intern (Full-Time On-Site)

Goport.delivery is looking for energetic, committed, and creative
Marketing Interns
to join our Port Blair operations. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for young professionals who want to learn, grow, and contribute directly to a fast-scaling startup.

As a Marketing Intern, you will be deeply involved in
daily marketing operations
, including research, planning, execution, and customer engagement. You will help design marketing strategies, participate in promotional activities, support campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and visibility.

You will work closely with the sales, operations, and leadership teams to understand customer behavior, local market needs, and high-potential business opportunities in the region. The role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on experience in real-world marketing, operations, and customer management within a growing digital ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria

• BBA / BCom / BA / BSc / Any Degree
• Freshers can apply
• Strong interest in
  Sales, Marketing, Operations, Lead Generation, Customer Support
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Assist daily operations across departments
• Help coordinate order processing, delivery tracking, and customer communication
• Support the operations team in vendor coordination

Sales & Customer Outreach

• Support sales activities for customer acquisition
• Conduct follow-up calls, explain services, and assist in onboarding users
• Perform lead generation and maintain accurate lead records

Marketing & Research

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
• Participate in crafting marketing ideas, digital content, and promotional campaigns
• Support offline and online marketing initiatives

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Sales, Ops, Vendor Relations, and Customer Support teams
• Contribute ideas and feedback for improving processes
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and planning activities
