Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
by managing administrative tasks, facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and general office
support. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Facility Management
Oversee daily office administration activities, including housekeeping, maintenance,
and repairs.
Ensure all office equipment, electrical fixtures, and furniture are properly maintained
and in working condition.
Monitor and maintain office cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and consumables to ensure
timely availability.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for contracts, renewals, and timely
delivery of services.
Maintain and update a database of approved vendors and suppliers.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems related to
administrative operations.
Handle maintenance of files, folders, and important documentation in both physical
and digital formats.
Ensure proper tracking of incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and
correspondence.
Event & Travel Coordination
Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and employee
engagement activities.
Support & Coordination
Act as a point of contact for administrative queries within the office.
Liaise with internal teams to provide timely support for administrative needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and approachable personality.
Basic understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
