Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional with strong connections in the Channel Partner ecosystem of Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's sales reach through channel partnerships, sourcing new clients, and driving consistent sales performance for our premium real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage strong relationships with Channel Partners, Brokers, and Agents across Delhi NCR.
• Generate qualified leads and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new Channel Partners to expand sales reach.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and project briefings for channel associates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams for smooth coordination and client servicing.
• Maintain updated market intelligence regarding competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
• Represent Risland at real estate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Provide timely sales reports and performance updates to management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 3 to 10 years in real estate sales (Channel Partner management experience preferred).
• Location: Must be based in Delhi or Gurgaon.
• Industry Exposure: Real estate (Residential/Commercial projects).
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong network with channel partners and brokers. Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated. Good understanding of the Delhi NCR real estate market.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
