Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Goregaon. The Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial management tasks, maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial reports, and reconciling statements. Key responsibilities also include tax filings, ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations, assisting with audits, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to manage budgets effectively and ensure optimum financial practices within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Tally, ERP systems, or equivalent
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
  • Knowledge of taxation policies, GST regulations, and experience with filing returns
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA qualification is a plus
  • 1-3 years of accounting or financial management experience preferred
