Job Description

(Mechanical Technician)

• Troubleshooting of all Mechanical breakdowns like repair/replacement of couplings, gearboxes, leakages from pipelines, bearings replacement in blowers/mills, mill beaters replacement etc
• Preventive maintenance as per the schedule given and maintain a proper report and ensure all the checks are done as per the PM checklist
• Daily breakdown maintenance report of the plant
• Maintain minimum spares required for the entire plant

Electrical Technician

• Troubleshooting of all electrical breakdowns, understanding the site problem and do the necessary changes like wiring/motor replacement/ winding testing / earth voltage and earth resistance checking, metal detectors operation, recipe change in the HMI.
• Should be able to use HMI, change parameters in HMI, identify the problem using Single line diagram, change VFD parameters, understand the error codes in VFD panel, electrical connections in Star, Delta after motor replacement, lights replacement
• Preventive maintenance as per the schedule given and maintain a proper report and ensure all the checks are done as per the PM checklist
• Daily breakdown maintenance report of the plant
• Maintain minimum spares required for the entire plant
