Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Install and configure desktop, laptop, and printer hardware.
  • Generate and maintain monthly IT support activity reports.
  • Provide basic support for Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Install and configure office automation tools.
  • Assist in antivirus and endpoint security management.
  • Maintain an organized and disciplined work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years.
  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Strong troubleshooting and installation skills for IT hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners).
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
  • Experience with antivirus tools and endpoint security solutions.
  • Exposure to Servers, Firewalls, Switches, and Routers.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional attitude.
  • Willingness to travel across client sites when needed.
