As a Digital Solutions, IT Automation & Product Development Specialist, you will coordinate and optimize our IT systems, drive digital marketing campaigns, implement automation solutions, and actively contribute to the development of digital products for our clients. You'll work closely with our Dubai team to enhance operational efficiency, manage digital projects, and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and company software tools.
  • Provide remote IT support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security.
  • Optimize system configurations and automate routine processes.
  • Maintain and enhance company and client websites (WordPress, etc.).
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, SEO, analytics, and lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Design and implement workflows using Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Integrate systems and automate repetitive business tasks.
  • Document processes and train staff on new digital tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their digital product needs.
  • Support the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
  • Coordinate with external developers and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements for client solutions.
  • Coordinate multiple digital projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Use SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Ideal Candidate

  • Based in India with a reliable remote work setup.
  • Experience in IT support, digital marketing, automation, or product development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SQL, Power BI, and website management.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO, analytics, campaign tracking).
  • Experience in web/app development and client-facing product delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
