Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure that routes are optimized for efficiency and cost-

effectiveness for the assigned client

  • Monitor the routes generated by the clients and suggest for improvement
  • Resolve any issues or problems that arise during transportation, including rerouting or

rescheduling as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of transportation routes of all the clients and monitor their efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor & degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in transportation routing in the corporate employee

transportation industry

  • Knowledge of transportation management systems and software preferably MoveInSync
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the geography and traffic patterns of Bangalore or Hyderabad
