Role Overview

We're looking for a meticulous and process-driven 
Operations Manager
 who thrives on structure, clarity, and execution excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ensuring smooth workflows across teams, tracking project progress, and bringing order and efficiency to a creative environment. You'll work closely with leadership, project managers, and creative teams to streamline delivery, maintain quality standards, and keep timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Operations:
     Monitor end-to-end project workflows, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality across animation, e-learning, and design projects.
  • Process Optimization:
     Identify operational gaps and implement efficient processes, templates, and checklists to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
  • Team Coordination:
     Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams (content, animation, tech, and project management) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Quality Assurance:
     Review deliverables against standards and client requirements before submission.
  • Vendor & Resource Management:
     Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and support teams for seamless execution and cost control.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
     Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for management review, ensuring visibility on progress, delays, and dependencies.
  • Operational Discipline:
     Drive adherence to company policies, workflow protocols, and version-control practices.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or )
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and teams
  • A proactive problem solver with a "get-things-done" attitude

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 4–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in media, design, e-learning, or digital content industries
