As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving platform visibility and customer

You will:

● Drive ATL marketing campaigns (OTT, Radio, Print, Outdoor, and Mass Digital) that are
impactful yet cost-efficient.

● Leverage e-commerce marketing playbooks to influence customer journeys, and
strengthen Apollo 247's growth.

● Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver campaigns that resonate with
consumers and achieve business KPIs.

● Innovate with low-budget, high-impact marketing tactics, ensuring every rupee spent
drives measurable value.

● Partner with internal growth and category teams to ensure brand marketing supports
e-commerce objectives.

What We're Looking For

● Experience: 3-5 years in marketing management, with demonstrated e-commerce
marketing experience

● ATL Expertise: Strong track record in conceptualizing and hands-on executing ATL
campaigns with agencies.

● Budget Savviness: Proven ability to run impactful campaigns with limited budgets,
delivering measurable ROI.

● Creative & Strategic Balance: Ability to combine storytelling and customer empathy with
data-driven decision making.

● Execution Excellence: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle
multiple campaigns and deadlines.

● Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills across agencies and internal
cross-functional teams.
