Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with hands-on experience across modern frameworks, open-source tools, and cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing, testing, and deploying distributed, microservice-based applications using Agile and Extreme Programming practices.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, tested, and maintainable code across the full technology stack (frontend, backend, and database).
  • Leverage modern frameworks and cloud technologies through practices such as pair programming, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
  • Design and build distributed, service-oriented, microservice-based architectures deployed on cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define minimal viable products (MVPs) and decompose features into manageable stories.
  • Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines, scripts, and automation workflows to improve continuous integration practices.
  • Ensure functional and non-functional quality through Agile and Lean principles, delivering value early and often.
  • Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, embracing Extreme Programming (XP) practices like TDD, pair programming, and continuous delivery.
  • Develop and maintain frontend components using Angular, JSF, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Servlets.
  • Implement backend services using Spring Boot, J2EE, and REST/SOAP-based APIs.
  • Work with databases such as DB2, PostgreSQL, and BigQuery.
  • Contribute to the full stackincluding native mobile, web, and server-side engineering as needed.

  • Backend & Middleware: RESTful / SOAP web services, API design
  • Database: DB2, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
  • Cloud Technologies: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Data Fusion
  • DevOps & Infrastructure: Terraform, Tekton, Linux
  • Other Tools: CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks
  • Programming Practices: Test Driven Development (TDD), Pair Programming, Agile, Continuous Delivery

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices deployment.
  • Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and lean development principles.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience across Mac OS and Windows OS.
  • 3+ years experience developing web services (SOAP/RESTful).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Build, or CaaS.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven proficiency in TDD, Spring Boot, Angular, J2EE, JSF, and PrimeFaces.
  • Solid experience with DB2 and other relational databases.
  • Exposure to Linux environments and cloud-native application development.
