Key Responsibilities

  • Support the BD team in daily activities, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing market or client data for ongoing projects.
  • Help in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and client communication drafts.
  • Conduct basic internet and market research to identify leads, competitors, and industry trends under guidance.
  • Participate in team meetings, idea discussions, and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain and update Excel trackers or CRM tool under supervision.

Must-Have Skills

  • MBA (Marketing / Business Analytics / General Management)
  • Must have completed an academic or internship project related to business, marketing, or research.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Eager to learn and actively participate in team discussions.
  • Interest in market research, client development, and growth strategy.
  • Should look prim and proper, and professional.
  • Knowledge on LinkedIn Outreach, Lead Management skills (Pre-sale activities)
  • Strong knowledge in Research and Analysis

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn research, CRM tools, or proposal preparation.
  • Awareness of IT services, consulting, or staffing industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
