  • Role Description
  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Fintech) located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include researching and analyzing market trends, developing and implementing business development strategies, negotiating partnerships and contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue goals. This role will also involve attending networking events and promoting the company's services to support its expansion within the fintech industry.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong experience in business development, sales strategies, and client relationships
  • Understanding of the fintech industry, including market trends and emerging technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and platforms for managing sales pipelines and client data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in relationship management or major client accounts is highly desirable
