About the Role

We are looking for a versatile creative with 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. This role is ideal for someone who can think visually, execute fast, and create engaging content for The Reward Store across reels, graphics, and infographics.

Key Responsibilities


• Create high quality reels, short form videos, and motion graphics for social media.


• Design static creatives, infographics, and promotional materials for campaigns.


• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms according to brand guidelines.


• Work with the content and marketing teams to translate briefs into strong visual output.


• Edit raw footage into polished and compelling videos.


• Adapt designs for multiple formats such as Instagram, LinkedIn, emailers, and presentations.


• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and content planning discussions.


• Manage design projects, assets, and timelines efficiently.

Requirements


• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating original design and editing work.


• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro.


• Ability to create modern, clean, high recall brand content.


• Good understanding of social media trends and short form storytelling.


• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.


• Experience using Mid Journey or similar AI assisted design tools is a plus.


• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Nice to Have


• Experience in motion graphics and animation.


• Ability to conceptualise and produce content quickly for fast moving campaigns.

We are not looking for UI UX designers or Canva only designers for this role.
