Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions with children as per the therapy plan. Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. Support children in improving communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills. Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques effectively and consistently. Record, maintain, and update detailed session notes, progress reports, and behavior tracking logs. Provide regular feedback to the clinical team regarding child progress, challenges, and updates. Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured therapy environment. Work closely with parents and caregivers to support generalization of skills at home. Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions. Follow clinical guidelines and maintain ethical standards in therapy delivery. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Required Skill:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and parents. Empathy, patience, and consistency in handling children with diverse needs. Ability to follow structured therapy protocols and clinical instructions. Basic knowledge or understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavior therapy. Comfortable using therapy tools, apps, and documentation systems. Good observation and reporting skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Special Education / Social Work / Early Childhood Education / or any related field. Prior experience as a BT / Shadow Teacher / Teaching Assistant / Caregiver (preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with the right attitude and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Certification in ABA therapy / RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is a plus
