Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sustainability Lead based in Gurugram. The Sustainability Lead will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing sustainability strategies for clients, aligned with industry standards. Core responsibilities include analyzing and monitoring carbon footprints, ensuring ESG compliance, and working to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. The role also requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and help clients create environmentally-conscious supply chains.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Sustainability Practices, ESG Standards, and Carbon Footprint Management
  • Skills in Data Analysis, Remote Monitoring Tools, and Environmental Analytics
  • Experience in Compliance Standards such as ISO and GHG protocols
  • Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Strategic Planning abilities
  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Familiarity with industries such as energy, automotive, manufacturing, or apparel
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Experience in working with SaaS platforms is an advantage
