Job Title: Network Lead L2 Level

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SDWAN configurations and operations.

• Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Active Componentsincluding L3, L2, and Managed Switches.

• Maintain and support Passive NetworkComponents.

• Administer and manage Wireless Controllers and ensure seamless Wi-Fi operations.

• Manage proxy services and related security configurations.

• Conduct regular network monitoring, log analysis, and assist in troubleshooting.

• Perform preventive maintenance of networkequipment.

• Lead or support network audits and ensure compliance.

• Contribute to new network projects and upgrades.

• Develop and enforce network policies.

• Address firewall management, including rules and access control.

• Analyse and respond to IPS/IDS, DDoS, and other network threats.

• Utilize and manage NMS tools for monitoring and performance evaluation.

• Maintain accurate network asset management records.

• Implement network failover and redundancy strategies.

• Configure and support routing protocolsand routing infrastructure.

• Oversee file servers, domain controllers, DHCP, VMs, and backups.

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and SLAs.

• Manage storage and backup devices, including tape libraries.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 36 years of hands-on experience in network administration and support.

• Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking technologies.

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs).

• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, proxy, IDS/IPS.

• Hands-on experience with virtualization and backup solutions.

• Familiarity with NMS tools and networkmonitoring platforms.

• Good understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.

Certifications (Preferred)

• CCNA / CCNP

• CompTIA Network+

• Fortinet / Palo Alto Certifications (if applicable)
