SAP ISU Device Management

  • Device Procurement:
  • Research and recommend suitable devices based on organizational needs and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate device purchases and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper receipt of devices.
  • Device Deployment:
  • Develop and implement standardized device deployment procedures.
  • Configure devices with necessary settings and applications.
  • Distribute devices to end-users and provide initial training.
  • Device Management:
  • Monitor device performance and identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device-related problems.
  • Apply software updates and security patches.
  • Manage device inventory and asset tracking.
  • Device Retirement:
  • Develop and implement a secure device retirement process.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Device Management

Experience in Device Procurement, Deployment & Lifecycle Management

Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U master data, technical installation, and device relations

Knowledge of IS-U processes such as device allocation, replacement, removal, meter reading, and validations

Experience in troubleshooting device issues and applying software/security updates

Strong understanding of asset tracking and device inventory control
